Designer
Tolleson is looking for a Designer to join our growing team. Taking direction from our Creative Directors and Senior Designers, you will develop graphic elements, assets, and visual treatments for a wide range of design systems. You are an exceptional designer with a strong portfolio of work rooted in visual design. A firm understanding of traditional design principles and strong corporate identity work is key, as are strong typography and layout skills. Beyond that, you’re hungry and ready to broaden your horizons, experimenting with motion design, digital, and packaging.
Being collaborative and excited to work in a cross-functional setting to envision and iterate concepts is a must. This is a great opportunity to take on new levels of responsibility and work directly with an array of clients.
Required Skills:
- 1-3 years experience working in a top agency or creative studio setting
- Stellar portfolio highlighting design examples across a range of applications
- Effective communicator, can present ideas and concepts clearly
- Expert working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Core graphic design skills a must; must demonstrate strong typography and layout skills
- Clear understanding of website usability best practices and design standards
